On the weekend we went for "just a look" then ended up coming home with a new car & a huge bunch of balloons Huge thanks to Logan Rea who went above and beyond to help us out and Ben for finalizing the sale. If it wasn't for Logan & Ben we would not have returned back to Oz Car at Cardiff as the other 2 Managers were not as welcoming & honest as the rest of the staff. If you don't want to be bullshitted and mislead with the typical sales pitch I would highly recommend to go see Logan & Ben at Gosford. Also thanks to Khan & Hayley for the big yellow balloon fun 💃🏻🍾

I recieved a fair price for my trade in and was happy with that.
But on the test drive i noticed the steering wheel shuttered when going over 80km/h. When telling the staff they agreed to check the car and pay for any problems/repairs.
Also within a week of having the car i got a flat battery.
Over all i can say that i am happy with my new car, my trade in price, the customer service and the whole experience.
To the staff at Ozcar Paramatta, my partner and I can't thank you guys enough for all your help and fantastic customer service leading up to us buying our 2014 Veloster. Prior to me visiting the car yard I had seen mixed reviews online so naturally I walked in with my guards up expecting to receive the classic car salesman. But when Rodney approached us he was very welcoming from the get go and actually listened to what we wanted rather than suggesting what we should get. I asked him about some of the rumours I heard about ozcar which he assured me weren't true and he certainly proved all the negative feedback I have seen about this company to be wrong. Rod did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in all the way through to a few days later when we drove out with the perfect car. The finance expert T'neal is a phenomenal employee and a true asset to ozcar, having had a credit card over the limit previously thus made applying for credit a bit of a struggle but she did everything possible to ensure that we were approved. She laid out my options and ensured that we knew the terms and conditions and all of our contractual obligations. Applying for finance is a lot of paperwork and can be quite boring but T'neal is by far one of the most charismatic yet professional people I have ever come across with a profound sense of humour which made the application process fly by. Finally we were supported by one of the manager Jigbar who actually helped me get the cheapest car insurance quote possible which made things a lot easier as owning a car in NSW can be quite costly on an annual basis. Whatever these three people are being paid, it really isn't enough because they are all worth so much more, I have recommended Ozcar to numerous people already and have amazingly made life long friends with these people. Their service was so impressive that I find myself going out of my way to visit them at the car yard to say hello. Any negative comments written about Ozcar are a complete fallacy and I challenge anyone to see for themselves and share their thoughts. 10/10
Firstly, I would like to thank the OzCar management for investing in training and development in your staff to provide the customer experience you should expect when arriving on the yard.
Secondly, the courtesy and professionalism from Shane Varkloy (acting manager at parramatta ) when we brought two cars and the following week we brought another two from Jigar (Branch Manager) both gentlemen made the transition seamless and enjoyable with our purchases.
And last but not least Sunny the Front man, who undisputedly deserves recognition for always delivering the best possible service to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a reflection of his characteristics as a genuine man who goes beyond the call of duty.
So , please forward our compliments to those above as a thank you that we have walked away again satisfied repeated customers who happily express and recommend OzCar to our family and friends.

We purchased a car from Australian Fleet Sales in June 2015, we could not have been better looked after by the staff at the Campbelltown Branch,nothing was a problem, in asking questions or going for test drives etc.
We would like to thank Mark Fee for his expert help in choosing the right car,and also thank Keirnan for taking us on test drives over two days, and last but not least, we would like to thank Julianna and Shaye for their help in admin.
