Let’s start with the 2 cars I brought through ozcar Tamworth - Renault Megan Monaco GP RS 250 - great condition when brought m, easy finance process and great price on vehicle, was a trade In on a Subaru forester that was getting up in its mileage, the team was great In assisting what would suit me, we settled on this gem, unfortunately a few months later I wrote this car off, About 4 months after this I went back an brought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra 1.6t finance was a bit trickier on this one but they got it over the line and never missed a payment either - they honoured multiple warranty claims as they arose with In reason with roadside assist and towing. The fist warranty claim was a heater hose that went on the car about a month after purchase - they warranted this nicely and no additional cost. The servicing was also througher as well I still have this car to date and never skipped a beat “brought at 110k - now at 276k with only wear and tear items going on this. The team had always been great to deal with, generally organising a loan vehicle when needed for servicing in advance or having alternate arrangements made to pick up the vehicle and drop back. Would recommend. Lastly where do I start! We just brought a Koleos! This would have to be the trickiest finance of the lot - a commercial loan for the business as asset finance. As a self employed photographer the team left no option unturned for us, we explored multiple cars to find the right fit. And which the team helped greatly with. We liked the Koleos but didn’t vibe with a few things about the vehicle, we brought these concerns to ozcar and they happily provided us with alternative options which we found a grey Koleos! And that made our hearts set! Team was great to deal with with In the process very accommodating - personally would recommend based on my experiences for tricky finance, exploring options & pinkslips and servicing.

Honestly amazing, due to some unfortunate circumstances I needed a new car either that day or the day after. I walked up told them my situation and they set me up to trial a car for a cheep deposit and they said if I liked it over the weekend I could come in Monday to organise a lone and by close of business Tuesday I have a brand new car.
