So far very good Robbie was the one I dealt with on the phone he introduced himself but Ben is the man he went out of his way to help my partner while we are waiting for our car he organised a loan car he spoke to us in a fantastic manner as I have health problems he came to the car and introduced himself explained everything hoping after we get our car I can give another5 star review I have read a lot of reviews on here and so far we are very happy with our service I would give Ben a ten out of ten for his manner a very big thankyou we appreciate what you done Julie and Joe

A few years ago, I brought a car from Oz car in Penrith, the experience was less than ideal, so I was a bit hesitant to go to Bathurst oz car, but im glad I gave them a chance. The customer service was fantastic. My old car was written off, I was given a courtesy car until my car was ready, the team removed my old plates, put my medical modification from my old car to the courtesy car then to my new car, just did all the little details that make for a great experience.

10/10 service did everything in their power to help me get into my new car.

Ben.jacob graig and Danny brought the Navara from them it had problems the boys helped by changing it got the bt50 now can't ask for any better they really do look after you.if you need a car see the boys you'll be looked after. Tony
