Bought a 2023 LDV Deliver 9 a month or so back. The customer service was great and continues to be great. Ali (hope I spelled that right champion)was phenomenal. I’m not an easy customer. Told him exactly what I needed and if it was possible we’d make it happen. Was possible, made it happen. Whole process was quick. The on site mechanics are also great. Minor issue with a reverse camera. Went out of there way to source the part so I didn’t have to wait for LDV Macarthur. Keeping the Van on the road for me. They also replaced a branding badge at the rear and the radio antenna without any prompt from me to do so. Top tier. 10/10 would buy again.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from both John and Benny. I had brought a Mazda CX-5 deseil 2 years from ozcar but different sales person at the time I was in hurry needing a car and didn't do any research unfortunately had issues with the car now, John has been an absolute god sent with helping me and my family out with getting us into a new car.
