Personally I’ve never been but I went on the website to do a comparison of the price of my car last November, I’ve just received a phone call and it was the most polite and respectful call I may have ever had from a company, the bloke on the line told me they’ve just done a restructure and was wondering why they couldn’t help me in November, I told him what happened and he politely apologised for taking my time, wished me well and hung up. This is really really good customer service and if I could I’d like to talk to this guys manager to congratulate him. Truely a breath of fresh air hearing manners on the phone. 10/10 service

He showed us all 7-seater options and kept within what we were looking for. Negotiating with Parker was easy and straight-forward. The process was streamlined, and we were offered a test drive. We also received 3 years dealer servicing and roadside assistance for peace of mind. After delivery, a rattling noise in the boot was fixed quickly with no issues. Great after-sales support and a team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Very happy with our car and the overall experience—would recommend.

My parent and I went into OzCar Cardiff today as they had a major issue with the car they bought at OzCar Tamworth. The service from the moment we entered was outstanding. Super hot day, feeling defeated from a long day of looking for a car to come into Oz car. The first thing they did was get helium balloons and zooper doopers for the kids and gave us a nice air-conditioned room to be in. They gave me probably one of the best deals I have ever seen and I am so beyond grateful. Not to mention it's a great car that the whole family is very happy with.

Oz Car Campbelltown Staff were a great help, we needed to purchase a small car for my Husband as our Sons car kept breaking down, so we needed to still have 3 cars, Ronnie was straight onto it and had offered a small Kia Cerato, its a Little Beauty, l also upgraded my car which Ronnie and Jigger looked after us Massively, we purchased 2 cars within a few days and at a great price 👌🏾 we had a bad experience last year with purchasing a car, which we were so disappointed from a particular worker there, which he is now gone!!
