OzCar will beat any competitor's price on a comparable used vehicle by $500, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Offer applies to comparable used vehicles sold by licensed Australian motor dealers only.
2. Offer Excludes OzCar Franchises - Rutherford, Kempsey, Bayside, Moorooka, Rockhampton, Wodonga, Darwin.
3.  Private sales, auctions, wholesale vehicles and online marketplaces (including Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree and eBay) are excluded.
4.  Customer must provide a current written quote from a licensed dealer 
5.  Any written quote  must be dated within 48 hours.
6.  Internet advertisements are not valid
7. The competing vehicle must be available for immediate purchase at the quoted price and not already sold, reserved or under deposit.
8. Comparable vehicles must be the same year, make, model and variant, with the same transmission, engine/fuel type and drivetrain.
9. The competing vehicle must have an odometer reading within 1000km of the OzCar vehicle.
10. Vehicle must be of comparable condition, including similar service history, registration status, accident history, factory options and accessories.
11. Excludes demonstrator specials, clearance sales, liquidation sales, damaged vehicles, hail-damaged vehicles, repaired write-offs, ex-rental, ex-government, auction, wholesale or trade-only vehicles, unless the OzCar vehicle is of the same classification.
12. Finance offers, cashback offers, trade-in allowances, loyalty discounts, fleet pricing, bundled offers and other promotional incentives are excluded from the comparison.
13. The competing vehicle must be located within Australia.
14. OzCar reserves the right to inspect and verify the competing vehicle and  quoted price before approving the Price Beat Guarantee.
15. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other OzCar promotion unless otherwise stated.
16. OzCar reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse the offer where the comparison vehicle does not meet these terms and conditions.
